The Nduka Anyanwu Foundation is pleased to announce its 3rd edition of free medical outreach to communities in need. This initiative aims to provide:
– Free Medical Consultations: Access to doctors and medical professionals for consultations and treatments.
– Health Screenings: Free diagnostic tests and screenings for various health conditions.
– Medication and Supplies: Distribution of essential medications and medical supplies.
– Health Education: Awareness programs and education on healthy living and wellness.
